Circle Dancing 1 and Circle Dancing 2

The circle is a symbol of wholeness and community. We dance a variety of folk and meditative dances to music from many countries, celebrating the seasons, nature, the earth, the diversity of different cultures etc. Dance is great for the body, mind and spirit. Circle dancing has emphasis on enjoyment and involvement, but attempts to honour the deeper meaning and cultural context of the dance. It requires no previous dancing experience and suits all those who are reasonably mobile. Wear loose clothing and comfortable footwear, and bring a water bottle. Women and men are welcome. No partner is needed.
