ARCHERY -TARGET ARCHERY - Thursday 9.00.am - 10.30am

Both men and women enjoy this activity. You don't have to be strong or really fit but the exercise is an excellent addition to daily activity and social interaction. The archery takes place using either your own equipment or Toowoomba Company of Archers Equipment. We enjoy a chat with morning tea and biscuits after shooting.

BADMINTON - Thursday 8.45am - 10.45am

Players of U3A and non U3A enjoy badminton games. Some are strong players and some are not. A friendly group, we enjoy coffee and lunch sometimes

BALANCE Tuesday 10.30am - 11.00am

An exciting and strategic game for all ages. Easy to learn. Fun to play

GATEBALL - Tuesday 9.00am

Outdoors and moving - played in teams of 5 - using a mallet (lightweight, supplied) to hit your ball through a gate/hoop. Strategy to keep opposing team off lawn away from gates, therefore not scoring. Games are of half-hour duration.

GOLF CROQUET - Wednesday 8.30am

Easy version of croquet, teaching basic mallet skills.

LAWN BOWLS - Lindsay St - Thursday 3.00pm - 5.00pm

Learn to play lawn bowls with qualified coaches in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Bowls are supplied. You will need a hat, water and flat-soled shoes.

SHIBASHI QIGONG - Tuesday 9.00am - 10.00am

Shibashi is a set of 18 movements or techniques perceived in traditional Chinese medicine to be relaxing, beneficial exercise, designed to cultivate health and energy throughout the body.

We meet to try to knock over some Tenpins. Sometimes we are lucky; it’s just for fun so come along and join us..

WALKING GROUP - Thursday 8.00am - 11.00am

We are a friendly group who enjoy walking and talking in our beautiful city and surrounding areas. Walks are about 5 kms long. We will trial starting walks an hour earlier at 8am during Terms 1 and 4 because of the heat.
Very limited spaces available.

WEDNESDAY WANDERERS WAKING GROUP 8.00am - 11.00am

We are a friendly, fun loving group that loves to walk and talk as we get a bit of exercise on our wanderings. We explore different areas of our lovely city and the surrounding countryside.
We always enjoy a cup of coffee/tea at the end of the walk (optional).

Terms 2 and 3 9:00 to 12:00

YOGA with Ros - Tuesday 11.30am -1.00pm

This course will teach a Yoga practice with an emphasis on gentle supported movement and breathe awareness to develop enhanced movement, strength and well-being.
